Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will assist with medication passes, treatments, and activities of daily living, following personalized service plans and regulatory guidelines.

You will document and communicate resident changes, ensure safety, and collaborate with a supportive team in a schedule that includes evenings. Training, growth opportunities, and a commitment to quality care are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Certification or education as required by state regulations.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned and in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Notify Supervisor if medication is not administered as directed and document the reason.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records on resident medication and care.
• Track medication changes and refills; notify pharmacy of new orders and report missing medications.
