Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine in California is seeking a licensed Chiropractor to provide musculoskeletal evaluations, conservative care, and injury management within an occupational health setting, focusing on prevention, early intervention, functional restoration, and safe return-to-work planning.

You will collaborate with medical providers, Physical Therapist, and Acupuncturist to support employee wellness, workplace safety, and injury prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program.
• Active and unrestricted CA Chiropractic license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outpatient or previous healthcare setting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients, and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
• Creating personalized treatment plans for each patient according to their needs and goals
• Update and modify the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
• Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise and self-care techniques for injury prevention
• Maintain open communication with the patient, other team members, and referring physician regarding the plan of care and progress.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
