Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine in California is seeking a part-time chiropractor to provide musculoskeletal evaluations, conservative care, and injury management within an occupational health setting.

The role emphasizes prevention, safe return-to-work planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support employee wellness.

Flexible schedule, 16–20 hours per week, with compensation of $50–60 per hour, commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program.
• Active and unrestricted CA Chiropractic license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outpatient or healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients, and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
• Create personalized treatment plans for each patient according to their needs and goals.
• Update and modify the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
• Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise and self-care techniques for injury prevention.
• Maintain open communication with the patient, other team members, and referring physician regarding the plan of care and progress.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Chiropractor provides musculoskeletal evaluations, conservative care, and injury management for employees and patients within an occupational health setting. This role focuses on prevention, early intervention, functional restoration, and safe return-to-work planning. The chiropractor collaborates with interdisciplinary providers such as the medical provider, Physical Therapist, and Acupuncturist to support employee wellness, workplace safety, and injury prevention initiatives.

Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.

Schedule: Part-time, 16–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Compensation: Starting compensation range is $50.00-60.00 hourly Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
