ncgCARE, through National Counseling Group (NCG), is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Annandale, VA. The role provides case management, crisis intervention, psychological evaluations, and wraparound support for families and children while advancing your clinical career.

Licensed, license-eligible, or resident in counseling in Virginia is required; a Master's degree in a related field is also required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)

Education

Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
