ncgCARE in Annandale, VA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join National Counseling Group. You will lead case management, crisis intervention, evaluations, and wraparound team support, providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients in need. Licensed or license-eligible professionals are welcome; master’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
