Qualifications

• Licensure must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Resident in Counseling.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Case Management: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring access to resources and support.
• Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ needs and goals.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
• Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments.
• Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.
