National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. The role involves case management, crisis intervention, psychological evaluations, and wraparound team support.

Licensure or licensure-eligibility in Virginia is required, with a Master’s degree in a related field. We offer flexible scheduling, strong clinical and operational leadership, and a competitive benefits package.

• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
