National Counseling Group (NCG) in Virginia is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our mission of delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. You will lead case management, crisis intervention, evaluations, and wraparound team support for families and children in need.

This role supports individuals across service types with flexible scheduling and opportunities for clinical focus areas, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Case management and wraparound team support.
• Develop written service plans addressing clients’ needs and goals.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in supervision as applicable based on licensure level.
