Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) for temporary contract opportunities at multiple outpatient clinic locations in Greensboro, North Carolina. Roles are in-person, part-time or full-time, with possible conversion to permanent hire but not guaranteed.

In this patient-facing role, you will perform assessments, administer medications and vaccines, draw blood, document in EMR (Epic preferred), and collaborate with healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER settings.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments within licensure.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Document patient histories, medications, allergies, assessments, and treatments in EMR.
• Assist with medication reviews and identify potential concerns.
• Support patient screening activities and health assessments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Follow infection-control standards and patient safety procedures.
