Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or LVN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic in Greensboro, NC. This on-site, part-time role features about 30 clinic hours per week and requires every other weekend.

The successful candidate will perform medication administration, patient assessments, phlebotomy, vaccines, and EMR documentation, completing a three-week training period before regular shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or LVN license in a U.S. state and in good standing.
• BLS certification with expiration at least 30 days beyond start date.
• Minimum 1 year of related healthcare work experience.
• Ability to complete a 3-week training and orientation period.
• Availability for part-time schedule including every other weekend and some holidays.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing; proficient with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical) within scope.
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs; document findings.
• Document medical histories in the EMR; manage patient records.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care; provide counseling.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to support outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment; follow protocols and safety procedures.
