Cenikor Foundation in Farmington, NM seeks an Intensive Outpatient Counselor to provide evidence-based substance use treatment. You will develop individualized treatment plans and deliver counseling to adults in an outpatient setting.

Formación

• Experience in education and therapeutic counseling (adult clients).
• Knowledge of outpatient counseling and therapeutic community philosophy.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized, written treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual counseling as scheduled.
• Conduct group sessions and educational sessions as scheduled.
• Maintain legible documentation compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with team to support client recovery.
• Report issues to Clinical Manager as needed.
• Contribute to CQE program per policy and training.
• Complete monthly judicial reports on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state standards.
• Use SMART goals for performance reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and foundation information.
• Uphold Cenikor’s core principles and positive culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
