Qualifications

• 3–5 years full-time experience processing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large programs or administrative datasets with SAS, R, SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of program evaluation and research activities.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop outcomes and indicators to measure success.
• Design and analyze existing data (e.g., Medicaid, DOC) to evaluate outcomes and processes; use cross-sectional and longitudinal methods.
• Respond rapidly to internal and external data requests.
• Present and interpret data findings to management and leadership; provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in writing technical publications and reports on program evaluation of Mental Health Programs.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform research questions and measures.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with research staff.
• Incorporate an equity lens throughout all work.
