Job summary

Arrowleaf seeks a Quality and Outcomes Specialist to coordinate data collection, tracking, and reporting for behavioral health programs. You will monitor progress, support CQI, and assist with audits and grant reporting to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, Public Administration, Public Health, or closely related field.
• 1 year of experience in data management and/or grant compliance in behavioral health or public health settings preferred.
• Experience with grant reporting, performance monitoring, or CQI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates data collection, tracking, analysis, and reporting for assigned programs, and maintains tracking systems and documentation for program outcomes, services, referrals, participation, and performance measures.
• Coordinates required grant reporting across assigned programs, including quarterly and annual reporting and funder-required reports.
• Monitors progress toward program goals, objectives, deliverables, and outcome measures as required by funders and agency leadership.
• Supports Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities by reviewing program and performance data with program leadership and analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Coordinates audit preparation and assists with program and grant audits, maintaining supporting documentation.
• Coordinates annual review and updates of policies and procedures for programs to align with funder and agency requirements.
• Performs QAUR chart reviews, prepares reports, and completes service note quality reviews to monitor documentation quality and compliance.
• Assists with billing and reporting activities in coordination with agency staff.
• Supports grant management activities including plans, renewals, and documentation requested by funders.
