Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will provide person-centered care to residents to help them improve independence and quality of life under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Applicants must hold a valid Texas OTA license and a COTA credential; SNF or long-term care experience is preferred. Knowledge of Net Health EDS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Texas OTA license must be active and in good standing.
• COTA credential required.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents.
• Provide skilled OT services under supervision of an OT.
• Respond to requests for service with information/referrals.
• Ensure treatments align with care plan.
