Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-house skilled nursing facility services in Pahokee, FL. The role requires planning, implementing, and directing OT services in accordance with standards and regulations.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, oversee COTA, and ensure high-quality resident care. Eligible candidates must hold an OT license and maintain ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate residents to determine best OT interventions.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans with clear goals.
• Communicate findings and plans to residents, families, and the care team.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with team members.
• Document and bill OT services accurately.
• Supervise COTA and ensure compliance with reimbursement practices.
