Gift of Life Donor Program is seeking a Transplant Coordinator in Phoenixville, PA. This role involves coordinating organ and tissue donation to provide essential support and care to families during a critical time.

Candidates should have critical care or trauma experience as an RN or relevant Paramedic certification. The position offers a chance to make a significant impact on lives through organ donation.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in critical care or trauma as an RN.
• Six years as a Paramedic with leadership and/or teaching experience.
• Certification in ACLS or PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire organ and tissue donor process effectively.
• Evaluate potential organ donors and discuss options with families.
• Medically manage potential organ donors to maintain adequate organ perfusion.
