Job summary

MECASA is seeking an Operations and Training Coordinator to keep day-to-day operations and statewide training organized and moving forward. The role connects people, systems, logistics, and information so staff can focus on program work and partners can participate in well-coordinated trainings.

Responsibilities include supporting office operations, coordinating trainings, webinars, and events, and providing day-to-day support to staff and facilitators.

Qualifications

• Awareness of and sensitivity to issues related to sexual victimization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience providing administrative, office, event, or program coordination support
• Comfort using technology, including shared calendars and virtual meeting platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing, proofreading, and information-management skills
• Ability to work independently and seek support when needed
• Experience coordinating trainings, meetings, conferences, or events is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and shared organizational systems
• Coordinate logistics and systems for MECASA trainings, webinars, and events
• Provide practical day-to-day support for staff and training facilitators
