Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in children's mental health or related public sectors delivering community-based services.
• Experience managing complex cases involving multi-system youth.
• Strong documentation and coaching skills.
• Valid drivers license with good record.
• Ability to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for structured service planning and wraparound care coordination.
• Develop and supervise a team of Care Coordinators.
• Engage with child-serving systems and behavioral health providers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives aligning with OhioRISE program requirements.
• Support development of local system of care serving youth and families.
