Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Active state licensure in good standing throughout employment
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; current during employment

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans (ADLs) for patients
• Establish and modify realistic, measurable goals
• Oversee and evaluate care by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
• Chart accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain patient rights, safety and sanitation
