Job summary

Mercy Health seeks an Occupational Therapist at Kings Mills Hospital to enhance patients’ ability to perform daily tasks. You will conduct assessments, develop plans from physician referrals, and document progress across outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, and off-site settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT currently practicing in state or eligible for trainee/temporary license.
• BLS Basic Life Support certified or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience in setting: outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, and off-site is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient history to determine therapy needs.
• Perform evaluations and create/update treatment plans.
• Administer OT treatments and tailor equipment for patients.
• Develop programs for daily activities, motor skills, and vocational tasks.
• Educate patients and families on at-home procedures and progress.
