Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility therapy services. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and function.

As part of a supportive rehab team, you will educate patients and caregivers, promote safety, and coordinate care with the Director of Rehab to ensure best outcomes in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial NBCOT certification/registration required.
• Current, valid OT license as required by state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in facility settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive living.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.

Education
