Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in‑facility occupational therapy services, assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy across in‑facility settings.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor new grads, and participate in continuous education programs while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE‑accredited OT curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy in facility settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Collaborate with the care team and refer to other services as needed.

Education
