Four Seasons Healthcare & Wellness Center Lp is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care and contribute to interdisciplinary rehabilitation for geriatric patients in Los Angeles. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in the medical record, while coordinating with families and physicians.

The role requires state licensure and CPR certification with preference for experience in geriatric and neurological rehabilitation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT state licensure.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

• Evaluates and treats patients and documents services in the medical record.
• Supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Aides in direct care.
• Interacts with families, physicians and health team members regarding progress and plans.
• Maintains safe working practices and adheres to facility policies.
