Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Los Angeles is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/OTD) to guide adult and geriatric patients through recovery after surgery in a facility with a fully equipped gym designed to maximize mobility and independence.

You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy, helping patients regain skills and confidence in daily activities within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
• Support post-surgical recovery, orthopaedic rehab, wound care, and pulmonary/respiratory management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited)

Initial NBCOT registration

Valid OT license (state-specific)
