Qualifications

• OT evaluation and treatments experience.
• Ability to supervise and direct assistants and aides.
• Knowledge of physical modalities used in Occupational Therapy.
• Knowledge of prosthetic/orthotic devices and assistive training.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• CPR certification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise aides and assistants in direct patient care.
• Document services in the medical record per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Educate families and nursing staff on follow-up programs.
