Four-Seasons-Healthcare- seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care and support the therapy department’s outcomes. You will evaluate and treat patients, document in the medical record, and collaborate with families, physicians, and the health team.

You will supervise assistants and aides, develop treatment plans, ensure regulatory documentation, and contribute to professional development while maintaining safe practices and a positive interdisciplinary culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure as required by state.
• Experience in geriatrics or neuro-rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and restore independent function.
• Evaluate and treat patients and document in the medical record.
• Supervise Certified OT Assistants and/or Aides per policy and law.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and health team members.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain approvals from referring physicians.
• Ensure accurate documentation for regulatory and billing purposes.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team and professional development.
• Promote safe practices and positive facility culture.
