Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services to patients in alignment with company standards. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, and supervise assistants and rehab technicians.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients per program and company standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehab technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and infection control.
