Ahava Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Tennessee to join a team delivering physical, occupational, and speech therapy across diverse care settings. The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes.

Applicants should hold a state license, have BLS/CPR, and demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.

Qualificações

• Licensed OT in state of practice (TN)
• BLS/CPR certification either current or obtained during orientation
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team

Responsabilidades

• Review clinical information and assess impact on treatment
• Conduct functional assessments using standardized procedures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with functional goals
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Supervise therapy assistants and educate residents, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes
• Participate in care conferences and quality improvement initiatives
