Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our Franklin Wellness & Rehab team. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation).
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical information and evaluate its impact on assessment and treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments using standardized procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with functional goals.
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Revise treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Supervise and guide therapy assistants, ensuring proper treatment techniques.
