Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a COTA to provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will follow treatment plans, chart diligently, and maintain confidentiality while delivering compassionate care to assigned patients.

The role requires NBCOT certification upon hire, an accredited OT program, and active state licensure. CPR is required, and one year of experience is preferred though new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT).
• Current state licensure in good standing; active license throughout employment.
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities
