EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Occupancy Coordinator I for Park Place in Morgan Hill, CA. This role manages occupancy, recertifications, waitlists, and leasing in a Tax Credit property, ensuring compliance with HUD/TCAC guidelines and maintaining resident relations.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, MS Word/Excel skills, and occupancy certification. Spanish speaking is preferred. Competitive benefits and a focus on work/life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED/equivalent required.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• One year of experience with HUD or TCAC programs.
• Occupancy certification/designation preferred.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a viable wait list and internal transfer lists to minimize vacancy loss; conducts interviews and shows units as needed.
• Schedules applicant appointments; conducts interviews and approves move-in files.
• Ensures recertification letters are mailed 120 days prior to anniversary; manages signings.
• Maintains timely recertifications and monitors the schedule in Yardi.
• Oversees marketing/ leasing activities and logs rental traffic; assists with lease forms and Fair Housing compliance.
• Provides resident relations services and supports administrative tasks.
