Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Occupancy Coordinator I for Kukui Tower, a 380-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. The role supports occupancy management, waitlists, recertifications, and resident relations at a HUD/LIHTC property.

Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, and securing compliant income verifications while coordinating with the Resident Manager and on-site staff to maintain property operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. One year of leasing/marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Experience working with HUD or TCAC programs or similar regulatory frameworks is desirable.
• Occupancy certification/designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all occupancy-related activities for the property and maintain certification schedules.
• Market vacancies, conduct interviews, and process applications and leases in line with policy.
• Maintain LIHTC/HUD compliance, verify income documentation and coordinate annual/interim recertifications.
• Provide resident relations services and support office staff with clerical tasks.
