EAH Housing in Napa, CA seeks an Occupancy Coordinator I for the Rohlffs Manor II & III, a 355-unit affordable senior housing community. You will oversee occupancy, recertifications, EIV reporting, and marketing/leasing functions to minimize vacancies while ensuring compliance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines.

The role requires a HS diploma, knowledge of HUD/TCAC programs, and basic MS Word/Excel skills; on-site work with competitive pay and benefits. DOE adjustments apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related leasing/marketing/sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Computer literacy; basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Two years’ experience in multifamily, elderly, or related occupancy management position.
• One year of experience working with HUD or TCAC programs.
• Occupancy certification/designation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wait lists and minimize vacancy loss.
• Schedule appointments and approve move-in files.
• Ensure recertifications are completed on time.
• Oversee EIV binder and discrepancy reporting.
• Market vacant units and conduct property tours.
• Process rental applications and prepare leases.
• Support resident relations and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidentiality.
