Voces Unidas seeks a full-time Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across Glenwood Springs, Denver, Frisco and Grand Junction. You will help with payroll, payments, vendor management, grant tracking, and basic communications, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm.

The role requires 3–5 years of professional experience, nonprofit sector familiarity, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with discretion. English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience, nonprofit experience preferred
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, and basic bookkeeping is a plus
• Fluency in English; Spanish with strong written/verbal skills preferred

Responsabilidades

• Operations: Support payroll processing and timesheet reviews; manage payments and reimbursements; handle vendor payments; track contractor agreements and invoices; monitor PTO accruals; assist with audits and compliance; organize onboarding and HR tasks; manage office budget and supplier relationships; arrange scheduling, filing, and shipping; answer calls and routing
• Development: Support donor relations, including correspondence and acknowledgment letters; track grants and related files; assist in grant writing and report submission
• Communications: Support general communication needs across the organization
