Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field strongly preferred.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive nonprofit financial management experience, including grant accounting and financial reporting, audit preparation, and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash management, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budget-to-actual analyses, monthly trend reporting and KPIs.
• Coordinate annual financial audits and serve as primary liaison with external auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures; support purchasing, contract administration, and vendor management.
