Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• 3+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading annual financial statement audits.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting, regulatory compliance, and grant management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, GAAP reporting, and internal controls.
• Lead annual financial statement audits and Uniform Guidance Single Audit.
• Direct grants accounting, revenue recognition, and cost allocations.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and audit responses with CFO and senior leaders.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies to strengthen financial controls.
