Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh seeks a Communications & Development Associate to drive content, digital marketing, and donor engagement. You will craft social media posts, newsletters, and website updates, supporting fundraising and community outreach efforts.

The role requires at least two years in marketing/communications, with nonprofit experience preferred, and proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus CRM and email tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum two years in marketing/communications with digital focus.
• Experience in nonprofit sector preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and social platforms.

Responsabilités

• Create and publish social content aligned with strategy.
• Manage monthly email newsletters and campaigns.
• Update website with accurate, engaging content and assist PR efforts.
• Coordinate media materials and press outreach.
• Support volunteer planning and donor engagement data tracking.
