Pittsburgh Tomorrow is seeking an Associate, Creative and Digital Communications to be a hands-on design and digital storyteller for the marketing and communications team in Southwestern Pennsylvania. You will create branded visuals, social graphics, email newsletters, and web content to advance regional narratives, member engagement, and business attraction campaigns.

The ideal candidate is agile, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong eye for layout and typography.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing basics, social media trends, email design, and web formatting.
• 1–3 years of hands-on design and digital content experience in marketing communications.

Aufgaben

• Design branded visual assets for digital and print per brand guidelines and templates.
• Builds and schedules regular email newsletters and stakeholder announcements using the Alliance's email platform.
• Manage day-to-day social media across channels with engagement tracking.
• Update WordPress site content ensuring accurate copy and imagery.
• Provide on-the-ground digital and creative support for events including live social coverage and basic photography.
• Assist in tracking marketing analytics and compiling monthly dashboards.
• Organize and maintain the department's digital asset library.
• Ensure adherence to writing, graphic, and brand standards across collateral.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
