Cedarstone is seeking a full-time Nonprofit Accountant to join our Financial Operations team, serving a portfolio of nonprofit clients with accurate and compliant financial management.

You will maintain ledgers, close monthly and quarterly periods, handle AP/AR reconciliations, and produce timely financial packages and board-level reports. The role also supports annual audits and Form 990 filings, plus onboarding and client guidance.

Qualificações

• GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience building trusted relationships with nonprofit leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain general ledger and month, quarter, and year-end closings.
• Perform AP/AR reconciliations.
• Produce financial packages and board-level reporting.
• Support annual external audits and Form 990 filings.
• Assist with client onboarding and provide clear financial guidance to client leadership.
