Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of civil or municipal infrastructure experience.
• EIT certification is required.
• California PE license is required.
• Familiarity with municipal codes and regulatory processes.
• Strong communication with technical teams and public agencies.
• Experience with design tools and project delivery workflows.
• Interest in moving toward project management or technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review development plans through preliminary and construction stages.
• Support design and development of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project documentation.
• Conduct field visits to validate design intent.
• Collaborate across disciplines to define requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time.
• Maintain documentation for project continuity and compliance.
