Job summary
Colliers Engineering & Design in Holmdel, NJ is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Municipal Engineering team. You will lead public infrastructure projects from concept to completion, coordinating with municipal clients and regulatory agencies to deliver sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities include planning work, budgeting, design development, QA/QC, team leadership, proposals, and client negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and PE license preferred.
- 8+ years of municipal engineering experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
- Experience with preparing proposals and business development.
- Knowledge of regional regulatory permitting processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare work plans and budgets for approval by the Department Manager.
- Monitor schedules and budgets to satisfy clients and control productivity.
- Prepare advanced engineering designs and data for completion and accuracy.
- Ensure QA/QC across all assigned projects.
- Oversee project teams and productivity to meet goals.
- Support proposals and marketing activities, including business development.
