Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join a supportive clinical team. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop safety and wellness plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to enhance client care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and licensure pathway.
• Provisional license per state regulations if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
