Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed and licensure-eligible therapists to join a collaborative behavioral health team. You will provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families, while developing comprehensive care plans and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulations if required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
