Vesta, Inc. in Lanham, MD is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals with severe mental illness in residential settings.

You will coordinate daily activities, meals, grooming, and medication monitoring, working closely with a team to ensure safe and therapeutic environments. Responsibilities include supervising routines, assisting with daily living skills, and coordinating client activities while adhering to care plans and safety protocols.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 15-passenger van.
• Experience using electronic health records for daily notes.
• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of mental health experience preferred.
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Coordinate client care and daily activities (meals, chores, hygiene).
• Provide oversight in residential homes and monitor residents.
• Collaborate with senior staff on care plans and activities.
• Support somatic care needs and monitor medications as needed.
