Vesta, Inc. in Arnold, MD, is seeking a Residential Counselor for the 3-11 PM shift to support individuals with serious mental illness.

The role involves coordinating daily client care, meal prep, household tasks, grooming, and medication monitoring within the Arnold Residential Program. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or have 3 years of mental health experience, possess a valid driver's license to operate a 15-passenger van, and be able to pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Experience using eHR for daily notes.
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and daily activities within the residential program.
• Assist with meal preparation, household chores, grooming, and medication monitoring.
• Provide oversight in residential homes while collaborating with senior staff.
