Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in mental health preferred.
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and daily activities for residents.
• Meal preparation, household chores, grooming, and medication monitoring.
• Provide essential oversight in residential homes and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with senior clients and care team to plan activities.
