Job summary

Vesta, Inc. seeks an Arnold Residential Counselor for 3–11 PM in Arnold, MD. You will coordinate client care, assist with meals, chores, grooming, and medication monitoring in our residential homes, partnering with staff to support adults with mental health needs.

The role requires driving a 15-passenger van, eHR usage, and a background check. Pay ranges from $20.56 to $23.02 per hour, with overtime opportunities and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and retain a valid driver’s license.
• Experience using eHR for daily notes.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in mental health preferred.
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and daily activities in residential setting.
• Meal preparation, household chores, grooming, and medication monitoring.
• Provide essential oversight in residential homes and work with seniors with various diagnoses.
