Job summary

Vesta, Inc. is seeking a Residential Counselor for the Arnold, MD area to join our Severn Region's Arnold Residential Program. The role supports individuals with severe mental illness, coordinating care, meals, housing activities, grooming, and medication monitoring.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, offering benefits, overtime opportunities, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in a not-for-profit behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van with a valid license.
• Experience using eHR for daily notes.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of mental health experience.
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day programs.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and daily activities in residential homes.
• Provide supervision and support for individuals with various diagnoses.
• Monitor medications and assist with somatic care needs.
