Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine mental health needs and diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused).
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, social workers, and other professionals for holistic care.
• Educate clients and families on coping strategies and treatment goals.
• Refer for additional services such as psychiatric care or substance abuse treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training.
