Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker or as an Eligibility Specialist.
• If the required minimum training is not met, consideration will be for an Income Maintenance Caseworker I working against an Income Maintenance Caseworker II.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for Medicaid or Food & Nutrition programs by reviewing applications.
• Process applications and review ongoing eligibility as cases change.
• Respond to information from multiple sources and reports to determine the effect on each case and reply to requests for information.
